Terms of Use

By using any of my services, you agree to our Terms of Use, failure to comply has consequences!

Imports, Sales & Traditional Breeding's

  • Do not claim as your own

  • Do not upload the horse, Animal or Sim anywhere (also no Gallery or Exchange) or sent it to anyone

  • Keep the prefix SMS in the name of the horse

  • You are not allowed to change Show Names after they are set, barn names can be changed anytime

  • Do not change set Information like breed, height (except they will still grow), genotype, or color

  • Do not change the Template (minor changes allowed if it is looking different than in my game) and the coat, you can however change shading and shine layers

  • Never use any of my custom markings, Coats or Templates on other horses and never share them

  • You can change the style of mane and tail but not the color

  • If the horse is branded, do not remove the brand. Don't use the Brand on other horses

  • You are allowed to breed, but do not use exact coat duplicates for the offspring

  • If CC or Markings are missing or the horse doesn't look right please contact me

  • For Sims 3 I use EQHD, it is important that you use it as well (otherwise the body would look deformed)

  • No co-owning unless stated otherwise

  • If you would like to have your animal updated, you can contact me 6 months after purchase, and I would be happy to help with that

  • If you want to sell or Lease the Horse, Animal or Sim, contact me first ( I have a Blacklist and a list to keep track where my Horses, Animals and Sims are! )

  • An update (picture) is required no later than 3 months after receiving the horse, animal, or Sim. Failure to comply without prior notice will result in the immediate reclaiming of the horse, animal, or Sim. After that, updates are not required, but I would still love to be tagged in any updates

  • Write "Silver" in the corresponding field in your application, where you are asked if you accept the T.O.U.

  • If you leave all community's I am in, I will have to reclaim all Horses, Animals or Sims you have from me

  • If my T.O.U. gets broken, I have the right to reclaim all Horse, Animals or Sims and you are not allowed to use them anymore or recreate them!​​

BIY Breeding's (offspring created by you) & Using my Horses to fill in Pedigrees

  • For RP technical reasons, once my horses are in your horse's pedigree, they should not simply be replaced, as this is unrealistic and I maintain all pedigrees on my website (which is a lot of work)

  • If you have understood this rule, write "Mane" in the corresponding field in your BIY application, where you are asked if you accept the T.O.U.

SMS Custom's

  • Do not claim as your own

  • Do not upload anywhere (also no Gallery or Exchange) or sent it to anyone

  • Do not change anything (unless its stated otherwise), changing Shine and Shade Markings for Coats is allowed

  • Don't sell my Customs, if you don't want/need them anymore I will take them back and refund you half of the price you paid

  • When you sell an Horse or Animal with a Marking, Template, Coat etc. created by me, let me know and inform the new owner about my T.O.U.

  • If you leave all community's I am in, I have the right to reclaim the Stuff i made

  • Write "Horses" in the corresponding field in your application, where you are ask if you accept the T.O.U.

  • for Templates: I use EQHD, you would also need to use it (Templates made for EQHD will look weird on EA Horses)

  • If my T.O.U. gets broken, I have the right to take everything I created back and you will not be allowed to use it anymore!

Custom Content & Downloads

  • Do not claim as your own!

  • The downloads on my site may not be uploaded to other sites or shared with others without my permission, but they may be linked to my site

  • Conversions from one Game to another are NOT allowed, but you are welcome to ask me
