Originally from the outskirts of Beijing, Mei Lin grew up in a world that balanced tradition and modernity. Her parents, both art historians, nurtured her creativity from a young age, but Mei’s fascination always leaned toward motion, freedom, and the living expression of grace found in horses.
She began riding at a small equestrian academy during her teenage years, where her natural sense of rhythm and focus quickly set her apart. What started as a hobby soon became a passion, one that guided every decision she made. After completing her studies in fine arts, Mei spent several years working as a photographer and art curator, yet the call of the stables never left her heart.
Combining her artistic eye with her equestrian discipline, Mei developed a unique approach to training and presentation - blending precision, patience, and an appreciation for beauty in every detail. Her ambition led her to compete successfully in dressage and show jumping events across Asia and Europe, earning respect for her calm determination and elegant riding style.
Her journey eventually brought her to Silver Manes Stables, where she found the perfect environment to merge her experience, artistry, and competitive drive. Whether she’s training a young horse, refining a performance routine, or capturing the quiet soul of a morning ride through her lens, Mei embodies balance - between strength and serenity, ambition and grace.
